    I bought a tablet for one of my son's birthdays for my two sons to watch movies on. I already have one we ordered from China. Should have bought this one there to but I saw this company advertising on adverts and contacted him. He said they were a new company IRISH and that they had great customer service. I believed the bull and felt I was supporting Irish buying from them. Got the tablet it was in Chinese! He sent me a YouTube video to change it to English. My problem is the external sound is so poor my boys can't even watch a movie on it. He has told be to use the earphones or buy some speakers!!! Neither is suitable for ny kids or me!! He claims on adverts that he has offered me a refund but he has not!! I have two very disappointed boys here age 4&6. I just dont want anyone else to get stung by this guy. He is not responding to me via email now. ???? What do you do???

    No sorry, it's a 9.2 atab on adverts sold by androidtablet.ie is the company name, he has blocked me on the post saying I was offered a refund but I wasn't. He offered to take it for repair and it would cost me for postage I'f he thought there was nothing wrong with it. He said all tablets have poor external sound even the high-end ones, but the other one here in the house is perfect never had a bother with it. My kids are to small for earphones they wouldnt fit in their ears nor be good for them to use.

    I wad on to consumer association today, they say as it's not fit for purpose witch it's not I should get a full refund. I just want to warn people about this con. I'll have a look at that and try it and thankyou so much for your help!!! It's horrible being scammed its make it worse when it's your kids stuff. They are so disappointed!! Beware people!!

    Op go to the talk to adverts.ie fourm and post a thread about your problem, must be something the adverts crowd can do for you and maybe they could talk to the seller for you

    I would like to add to this thread. This is my husbands company that this person is defaming. My husband has been in contact with her during the course of the day and he offered her a full refund - including the initial cost of him shipping the product to her. He then logged off his computer - close of business - and we have a young toddler and a newborn. This lady persisted in mailing him and when she didn't get a reply began threatening to defame him on this site. She then claimed she had still not received a refund - OBVIOUSLY - as she had not returned the product. No company would issue a refund without the product being returned. My husband has never been anything other than polite and professional toward her and doesnt deserve this bad publicity. Just want to tell the other side of the story.

    That is simply untrue and you know it. I was not offered a refund until a few moments ago and I have every email to prove it. He posted on the adverts page that I had been offered a refund when I clearly had not! He has caused me and my family undue stress, he told me to go buy a set of speakers that was my only alternative and I just happened to be lucky that our other tablet worked properly. I will be returning the goods tomorrow and await my refund that I repeat I was JUST offered. Thank you.
