    Anyone got a heads up/first hand experience on the above bike
    Think I saw a chap in an A4 race riding one recently

    Think I might have seen the same bike in Carlow on Sunday. I used to have an Ultimate CF frame, which was the previous version of this one. It's not as stiff as the top of the range SLX, and costs a lot less. I doubt many of us amateurs would be able to honestly tell the difference. The ultegra 11-speed group set is, in my opinion, the best you can get in terms of performance and value. I'd say this would be as good a bike as any to buy.

    It's a great bike. There are pros who'd love to swap their team issue bikes for one.

    Not sure what you mean, Rodiguez rides the aero, prefers it to the SLX.

    Is it not just the standard CF SL with aero wheels?

    nice looking wagon, you need to give it a bit of abuse now with the long evenings

    She's had three medium rides and is a flying machine. Just apply a bit of power and get up to speed and she just keeps going as I just spin away. unbelievable bike. People said it was supposedly hard to handle but I've found it very easy in the agile setting on the adjustable rake it has. Love it

    It looks great but someone has spoiled the wall with some artwork

    Hard to see much difference looking at the canyon site, the difference in weight seems to correlate to the difference between the wheelsets, hard to be sure though

    Seems canyon will give u 200 lids off price of the cf sl aero , once u have a full ci licence , tempting. Think there's a similar deal on one bike from all the various series

    Unless they've brought out something new since I last checked, the Aeroad and CF SL are totally different frames. Aeroad frames are going for €1,700 now, down from €2,000, so pretty decent value. Maybe they are bringing out a new aero frameset soon?

    There's quite a bit of difference;
