    ... a doctor, messed up and continuously overdosed a man's TRT shots, over a few months. Now lets say up to this point, this man could not grow a beard at all and even after these high levels of testosterone in his body a beard somehow was still not on the cards.

    Is this man doomed to be forever beardless? Or is it something that comes with age later on down the line?

    How old is this possibly hypothetical man and what race is he? Certain races grow less facial hair naturally so that may also be going againt him.

    So not shaving at all doesn't lead to a beard?

    No it just grows patchy and fuzzy and after a month it looks so bad he has to shave it, so he tells me anyway.

    Could be just the case that a thick beard isn't going to happen. It may get thicker with age but I wouldn't be too hopeful, if I'm honest.
