Refuse Next SEPA Direct Debit

    Hi,

    I sent through a requested via Banking 365 to refuse a SEPA Direct Debit for next month. The request was done on 20/03/14 at 14:47 but I haven't heard anything back yet.

    How long does it normally take for confirmation?
