Hmm I've got one negative for you - know it alls. I posted a thread you don't have to reply to it or even read it, maybe I just wanted to ask other people and am not in a position concentration wise to write my own at this moment in time. I could be anywhere, in any situation..who knows. So yes, know it alls who makes assumptions left right and centre..due to them being know it alls.

    :)

I just don't care any more. No one puts any effort into starting threads any more. My threads just germinate for weeks for I commit them to the web, but from now on it's just wham bam thank you Ma'am. (or Sir)

    laughing
    pretending to fly
    music
looking things up & figuring things out
    the sky

    not being able to fly
    little niggly stingy pains
    being bossed around
    ennui
limiting the positive list to 5

[The Backwards Man would be on the positive list if he was about life. :) ]

Ah sure c'mon now. If you're not going to put the effort into your own thread, how can you expect anybody else to? List your own, then we'l talk.

Read again, wasn't him. And I wasn't mean to anyone. But..disappointment reigns.

Because they either want to or they don't? You really only make effort when a stranger on the internet does so? Wow

The negatives certainly outweigh the positives. The future always seems wonderful (as does the past) while the present is always totally unsatisfactory. Life's a big hullabaloo over nothing really. I can't think of a single positive about life which isn't in actuality a pure abstraction thought of and striven after but truly unreal as it pertains to direct, felt experience. Reality must be kind of mistake, or at least it certainly doesn't exist to make us happy. Perhaps it has some alternative purpose or reason for being, which is completely unrelated to human lives. The fact that at the end our lives we enter into permanent comatose makes life so utterly pointless. It really is absurd when you make a sustained effort to wrap your head around it.

First off, the charter clearly states you must contribute to your own threads of you expect others to contribute to them. So do so, please.

Secondly, any more of these pathetic responses and I'll assume you're under age and need your parents' permission to post.

I'm picturing you piloting a speedboat, surfing the web with one hand, while chasing a villain across Venice, a tall blonde at your side, pouring you a Martini with an Olive.
This may be a wild assumption, but fcuk it, I'm gonna run with it.
