    It's a 6'10 * 22 * 2 6/8 'ish diamond tail quad designed to get me into trouble

Basically to surf breaks I don't what to surf the longboard on, like low pockets fav spot :D

If you only knew the half of it, try asking glide what happened the longboard....

By trouble I presume you mean bigger waves? Great finish on the board.

Not sure about the logic of the diamond to be honest, especially for bigger more critical waves. The diamond tail has very similar characteristics to the squash but a squash tail does it better, very 70's. A round pin would have been a much better fit in my opinion (if i am right in guessing what you will be surfing).

    Never mentioned bigger waves :D

Board is for waves I don't want to surf the longboard on, for various reasons, one been getting in and out of the water, others been critical takeoffs and shallowness of the water etc

Never had an issue surfing diamond tails or other tails on those breaks either

For all the slagging you get, how much have you spent on custom boards in the last say5 years v walking into a shop or buying on line? Fair play of supporting shapers
