USB ports are on the motherboard itself , aswel as the front USB ports.

What is the issues you are having?

Oye ... thanks Blitz17. USB Ports all went dead last week. Couldn't use keyboard or mouse of anything, then after an hour the back ones became operational and are still working. But ones on top of the box (4: 2xUSB3 and 2xUSB2) are still dead. Was hoping to get new drivers or something. Never came across this kind of thing before.

The top ones worked away before yea?

Did you try going into Device Manager and see if theres anything unusual ?

Also what happens if you plug a USB device into the non functioning ports?

Yes. No sign of any issues. No yellow tags. All fine.

No signal, No light, No power. Tried Memory sticks, keyboards, wifi things. Nothing.

    Strange.

Can you see if the USB 3.0 cable from the front ports is securely connected to the mobo?

Okydoky ... however it is hidden behind the whole mount for the hard drive and will take some getting at.... will come back :)
