Brothers Pearse AC couch to 5k programme starts on Monday April 27th and runs to July 3rd.
There are two coached sessions each week, Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.
Registration is 75 euro for the ten week programme.
    For details contact brospearsec25k@gmail.com

Our couch to 5k programme is a mixed programme of running and walking. In the first sessions most of your time will be spent walking, and only running for a minute at a time. The running time will build up slowly over the weeks until you are able to run for ten minutes without walking, then twenty minutes, and finally you will be able to run five kilometres non-stop!

All our coaches are experienced in the programme, most learned to run themselves with a couch to 5k programme, so they will know exactly what you are going through. They will bring you through a warm-up and cooldown, show you some stretches and exercises you can do to help prevent injury, and advise you on correct running form.

    The registration fee includes
Personal coaching from our experienced coaches
Insurance cover and registration with Athletics Ireland
Membership of Brothers Pearse for 2014, so you can continue training when the ten weeks are over, for no extra cost

Ray, I'm finding it very hard not to take the piss here ;)

Seriously though, I'll pass this onto some of my wife's friends they've been looking for something like this.

A tad bit expensive in fairness.

As much as I like to slag off the Sisters I would have thought 20 sessions and 2014 membership (if I'm reading it right) for €75 is very good value

Unlike a lot of courses, we register people with Athletics Ireland as club members - which means they are covered by insurance if anything happens.

Ok this is a full year club membership from May 2014 to May 2015, if so its fair enough and I am sorry.

Its like the fit 4 league which the fee is a full year club membership and insurance and full coaching sessions for the whole year? (2 fit 4 league coaching sessions a week, also club sessions available)

No, membership for 2014, membership is by calendar year. There are running courses in the area that are 120 for 8 or 10 weeks...
