Guys i was granted permission to stay under Zambrano Case for 3 years. Thank God for that, but I want to ask what happens to my first child's legal status in the country who is not an Irish citizen. As it is he doesnt have any legal stay. he is 2 years old, born in england but no legal status in england either. He lives with me here in Ireland. They didnt mention him in their decision letter but when i first applied for a legal status i managed to mention him in my application letter.
Does anyone know the way forward to legalise him because at some point we are going to travel outside the country and he is gonna have to be legal to come back . he has a non-eu passport though.

    thank you
