NCEF Fitness Instructor Course in Waterford

I'm currently thinking of doing the NCEF Fitness Instructor course that starts in the Kingfisher club in Waterford in October , just wondering if any1 has done an NCEF course there or in limerick etc and what they thought of it etc , plus are you entitled to social welfare benefits while doing it ?
