    Hi folks

Have a week old s4 with a cracked screen :(

Can I get it repaired someplace that won't void the warranty?

    Thanks

There doesn't appear to any way to actually speak to someone when ye call their number.

I checked their website to try and find an answer. Got the cost but no clarity on the warranty thing. Emailed them to ask.

Got an email back saying I should check their FAQ. Which I did.

So their answer is to not bother answering the question.
