Hi, MMA has been suggested to me as an activity to get into shape. I've looked into it and it's interests me. I've checked around and Straight Blast Gym is near enough to me and is getting good reviews. The one thing I can't find out on their website is the price. Is this because there's a number of different factors put into an equation before the cost is known or what? I just want to do beginner classes. I can't find any price on some other MMA sites either so maybe it depends. Thanks.

    Ring them and ask.
A lot quicker than starting a thread, and you can be sure that its up to date information.

It would be a great option only it's 12 o'clock at night! Would they mind me ringing now? I do realise I can ring in the morning but I want to know now!!!! :D

Just to update. I didn't ring them after as I was adviced against it. Ironically by the same person who told me to ring them in this thread! :D

I just realised that the other thread on health & fitness was you. lol
I stand my it, if you have an interest in MMA go for it. If purely want to get into shape, do some S&C work, then do that directly. :)

Most clubs are about 50-70 euro and training is there for you to train every day, well worth it if you train regular as if you train even 3 times a week it's only about 5 euro a session, if you train 6 it's 2.50 euro.
