Im trying to track my mileage and fuel and would like to be able to do it
    as a print off ..

I have to use my own car for an up coming job and there looking for mileage reports etc

Is there an app or camera that i can install in car and download info from that will give complete information?

Im in the wilderness with this and your advice would be very welcome

I use an app called Road Trip LE on the iphone. Put in your mileage and litres and cost when you fill up and it does the sums for you. There is a paid version that tracks all your spending and servicing and you can export the data.

    Here's how I'm doing:

On Android fuel log is handy.

There's a fuelly app that is basically the mobile site but it's not giving me correct figures since I set it up.

I put in fuel and the mileage gets recorded by a yoke on the dashboard. It's just under the speedo and has a button to reset it. The fuel gets recorded by a piece of paper the petrol station gives me with my change. Anything beyond that seems like over-complicating things but I am a simple soul.

With fuelly make sure that you select UK mpg as opposed to US mpg.

+1 for fuelly. I have been using it for about 3 yrs and it is great.

The mobile app is easy for inputs but for the proper mpg you need to look on the full site.

Depends if you have an Android iPhone or Windows phone.

On Android I use aCar. I trialled all the rest but settled on this because it had everything I wanted, logged maintenance / supported multiple vehicles and allowed export/backup of my records.

    aCar on Google Play

That's the free version above, but I bought the full version as I wanted to support the developer and unlock all the features.

When I had an iPhone, I used Gas Cubby for years, sadly it wasn't available on Android.

Stimpson, am I reading that wrong or are you getting your fuel for 77 cent a liter?
