I wanted to get advice on making improvements to areas within my home.

Firstly I have severely areas around my home that have fungus, most affected area is the bathroom. I have tried using anti-fungus paint but it came back after a while.
Secondly the house dosent heat well during cold days and when the heating is on the upstairs seems to be alot warmer.Another issue is that some of the vents around the house allow wind to get in.

I have thought to do improvements myself regarding the above issues but I would like to get an approved assessor to assess the house and give me an outline of what can be done to resolve these issues.

sounds like damp getting in and lack of insulation could be the problem.
im guessing its a old house?
