Blaupunkt sydney rm 128 radio

    Hi. I changed the radio in my van to a blaupunkt with a key card. When I turn it on the display says "REG ON" and almost immediately says "PHONE". This stays on the display for the duration and I am unable to work any other buttons. Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this from the display so I can get the radio working? Any help would be great

    There will be a wire out the back which is for connecting to a phone kit, when on a call the phone kit will connect the wire to ground. Make sure the wire isn't connected to ground or shorting on the radio chassis.
