Just a question about times changing. I've tried to find an answer here but as yet I haven't.My husband booked a flight for us from Shannon to Paris. It was to leave early on a Saturday morning, returning late on a Tuesday evening. After 3 changes already it is now due to leave late on Saturday evening. We lose a whole day.:( What are the circumstances that bring about these changes? It's been small changes over a couple of weeks so we have no come back to cancel without losing our cash.I'm worried that the next thing is they will bring forward our return flight and we'll lose even more time in Paris.I'd just like to understand why the airport/airline do not have their schedule arranged so as they are certain of what comes and goes and when it does..Thanks.

Various reasons really, so the airline has to change flight times to suit their operational needs- slots can change, perhaps not in Paris but maybe somewhere else that aircraft has to operate to on those days, so they have to rejig things to make everything work. You might find after all this that it could get changed back to the original time!

If a Ryanair flight time is changed significantly (more than 3 hours before or after the original departure time) and no suitable alternative flight is available, we will, upon application, offer a refund for all monies paid in respect of the time changed flight, without further liability.
Please note that Ryanair are not liable for any prepaid expenses directly or indirectly related to your booking as a result of this schedule change.

You have good grounds for a refund if you want. The number of changes is a lot and not very acceptable.
