    I recently upgraded from 2mbps bb to "15mb" from eircom on my desktop using a wired connection im getting 9 mbps on a good day goin down hill and with a good gust of wind behind me, on the laptop using the wireless connection im getting 13, which isnt too bad,

    Any ideas on how to get 13 atleast on the desktop? is there any settings or anything i could fuk about with to improve it?

    Ive an ASrock z87 Extreme Mobo aswell would that have built in wifi adapater?

    is the desktop very far from the modem? have you tried a different cable?

    Nah right beside it basicly, i tested the cable there its good as is the hardware

    When i tested the connection tho i got this "The adapter is configured to force the speed to a low speed. " its set to 100mbps full duplex tho in the settings
