    Not a hope.

Why would you use a valuable document like a passport for age ID?

    Get a Garda ID card.

I Had to google 'Ml 10 form', god I'm old :p.
It doesn't have a section to show what age you are.

ML10 is only for proof of ID (not age) for opening a bank account.

Under the various Intoxicating Liqour Acts the only valid forms of ID are Age Card, Drivers Licence and Passport. The club can accept another form of photographic ID displaying your date of birth (student card) at their discretion.
