Gerry Healy on Spirit Radio and Radio Nova

    I have noticed that Spirit Radio has a presenter called Gerry Healy and Radio Nova has an overnight presenter, who I have heard a couple of times, with the same name.

    Firstly, I am assuming this is the same guy.

    Secondly, what is the previous radio experience of Gerry Healy(s)?

    You're right, it's the same chap. I've heard him on Nova as well. He has also filled in for Martin King on the TV3 weather on occasions, which is where I know him from.

    Yeah Gerry has been around, used to do a RTE kids quiz show, also been on East Coast FM I think as well and if I'm not wrong, was on Classic Hits 4FM for a while! Serial radio killer - he's good though, like his voice. Preferred him to Martin King doing the weather, not so annoying!

    Yes, I heard Gerry Healy on Classic Hits 4FM a couple of years ago doing the news. Recently I heard him on Nova presenting an overnight show. I think it was on a Friday night. He played some good tunes and didn't waffle between the songs...Is he still on Spirit FM?
