    Hi all,
this is my first time posting.

    Background
I moved out of my house last summer and rented it out.
I am compliant with everything, i.e. PRTB, Revenue, Insurance etc.

I am now looking at getting on top of my tax returns and the amount of taxable income is below 3,174 euro. This means Form 12, right?

If I am using Form 12, do I pay preliminary tax for this year?
Please, can somebody clarify this for me?

By the way, I am a PAYE worker.

No you don't. Preliminary tax payment only applies to chargeable persons. You just file a Form 12 and deal with the amount due when the P21 balancing statement issues.
