Buying car for parents

I have been tasked with finding a car for my parents who are in their 70's.They are pretty comfortable at driving so their only ask is that it is a bit higher than their Peugeot 306 year 2005.
They are looking for a 2011-2013 model. Other than Nissan Juke or Toyota Rav 4 , what are my options?
This may be a how long is a piece of string question. Thanks in advance.

The Juke is actually a good little car, looks are marmite but at least it stands out.

Worth looking at a Skoda Yeti too.

Most modern cars will be higher than a 306 either way. (Edit, just figured they must have a 307)
A new dacia Sandero Stepway or Duster might fit the bill?

I'd say they'll like the juke tbh, any ones I see are driven by elderly people.

What kind of driving (urban/rural/motorway) and what kind of mileage will they be doing?

Peugeot 3008 is worth a look if they're happy with the 307.

Golf Plus, small enough car with a higher seating position, it also has a larger/tall door making it easy to get in and out of for those getting on in years.

Good thinking, even Top Gear seemed to like it.Sounds funny that I could tell them to buy something recommended on Top Gear .:)
