Dentist that does Nitrous Oxide in Waterford

My daughter is very afraid of the dentist and she needs a filling and an extraction. Can anybody please recommend a dentist in Waterford or the surrounding areas that I can bring her and she can get treatment done under Nitrous Oxide? General anasthesia would be a last resort to be honest.
