can I apply for fis?

    Hi very confused over fis payments. Went back to work after maternity have two babies under 2 I'm earning 300 (200 goes to babysitter) my partner 700 (but he pays child support of 300 to his expartner) paying mortgage and barely getting by now. Wondering am I entitled to get fis...

    Not on those figures as expenses or maintenance are not taken into account, and 300 a week seems an awful lot of maintenance when he has such a young family.
