Hi all can anyone tell me what exact HIV tests are done in Ireland as of 2014? eg 4th generation etc? thanks

It really depends on which clinic you go to- there are different tests available- e.g. Charter Medical in Smithfield do the 10 minute test- whereas some other places wont, etc.

If you feel that you may be at risk- you really *need* to visit a Sexual Health Clinic- and refrain form risky contact with others, until you're given the all clear (and take appropriate precautions thereafter).

Different clinics do different tests- you need to ring around and ask.
