Change dates with American Airlines?

Hi all,

I am currently in Canada and have flights booked to return to Ireland in May through AA.

Recently I have considered changing my flight date. I checked my reservation with my number and name but I saw no option to change the date.

Anyone know how I can change? Links would be appreciated.

Check the terms and conditions of your booking. Some fares allow for amendments, others don't.

You can't change international flights online. You can only change domestic ones. You'll have to contact the AA reservations dept by phone to change it. They will advise you of the possible charges/fees. I'd imagine they'll be fairly steep. Last year, Delta wanted $200 from me to fly on a different day. I'd be surprised if AA were any different.

AA are frikkin awful, mildly better than United and far worse than Delta.
