Has anyone ever owned/played any of their guitars?. Massive discount sale on their website at the moment. 60-70% in some cases. Cant seem to find any Irish dealers. Even with VAT and customs do they look good value?

I had a Limited Edition Ravelle, hence my username. It was a great guitar for the money and really served me well during my teenage years. In the end I bought a few G&Ls and stopped playing it as much so I sold it on. $500 for a Ravelle Deluxe is a lot of guitar for the money.

    Almost tempted myself!

I've been having a sniff around the website and I can't see anything about worldwide shipping. US only it seems.

You could email them. I wouldn't be surprised if they were desperate for sales. I suspect business isn't roaring for them these days.

Had a few e-mails back and forth and by my calculations a Ravelle Elite will set me back E718 after VAT and customs tax. There must be better value to be had in an Irish shop.

    Is the shipping with USPS?

The email says 'Shipping via Priority Mail including full insurance (1-week delivery) will cost $129.' so I'm assuming it is yes.
