PS4 USB

    Both usbs are broken on my PS4. Anyone had this issue? Everything was working perfect but nothing would register in either USB. I tried to do a hard reset but all that did was unsync the controllers so now I can't control the PS4 at all.

    Thinking it's most likely a hardware issue? Anyone got the number to ring for that or should I get onto amazon.

    Thats very unusual, are your DS4s charging when you plug them in?

    Both charge if I connect them to the PC. But nothing from the PS4. External hdd doesn't show any signs of life either.

    isint there a setting to charge even when the console is in standby....:confused:
    thought i saw some setting for that. if your usb ports are duff you need to RMA the console.

    Yeah there is and it was on but still nothing. Turned it off an no effect. Anyone got the number to ring? Presume I have to wait til Monday now.
