    Hi All

I am interested in buying a camper. Ideally it will have the below features. I suspect these combined features may not be realistic, but any recommendations that most closely meet them will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks In Advance for all responses

    Requirements

    €6,000(approx) Budget
    2/3 Berth
    Shower with toilet
High level of parts availability (in relation to make and model)
Can confidently overtake slow moving vehicles
    Average speed 60mph/100kph

(This is a follow on from a previous thread)

Depends what you want ,If you search donedeal for under 6k its mainly converted vans, you could be lucky , look out for corrosion, dampness, no doe, bargain, and "first to see will buy"

If you can find one a VW auto sleeper with a shower / toilet in the back. Look at ebay for layouts, you'd be looking at early 90's

You should be able to pick up a decent Ducato/Transit/Boxer/Relay conversion later than mid 90s up to early 00s. If you're lucky, you will pick one up that was professionally converted. Some DIY jobs can be a bit basic. Unlikely you will get a 3 berth unless you get a coachbuilt model and then you're talking more money.

All of the above have parts available and if you're concerned about overtaking then look for a turbo model. To be honest, I don't see why overtaking would be high on anybody's priorities for a campervan.

Spotted this on done deal, you might get them down a bit. Looks like a good van for the money
