Samsung Galaxy - email disabled

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, I have my Hotmail accountset up on my email icon. The last week or so it’s not receiving emails, I’mgetting a message saying “email sync is disabled”. How do I fix this

Swipe down from the very top of the home screen, find the "Sync" tile and hold your finger on that for a second. You should be shown a page of different odds-and-ends with radio button to the right of them that enables/disables syncing for the associated account.
