Just a short note to let you know that after the success of last year's sportive we will once again be holding the Ambo ramble 40km and 120km charity cycle on aid of the Ethiopia deaf project.

The event starts and ends in ballinhassig West Cork. It does a loop of the beautiful countryside with a stop for food in Clonakilty and yes for those of you who attended last year we will make aure to have plenty of lemon cake :-)

The food at the end of the cycle is once again be provided by O'Cruolaoi's who could ask for more.

That is except for hot showers and parking which of course we have.

I will post the link to the map ,website, facebook page and some of last year's great photo's tomorrow.

See you on Sunday 29th June:-)

Yep, I did it too. We slightly hammered down the road to Clon and then I enjoyed the view back home through the picturesque and undulating coast roads.

this event is for a great and successful cause and I'm sure the funds will again make a huge differences in the educational facilities for deaf children in Ambo.

Thanks to Miriam who is the powerhouse behind the gig,

    Brendan
