Calf problem

I am rearing a few calves on the teat feeder this year,I have one that has a problem. He is eating and drinking fine,but s very wobbley on his feet and daised looking,he is also slow to get up . One thing I noticed is that his eyes are unusually wide open. I brought him to the vet 3 days ago and he injected him and checked his eyesight and navel etc. but he looks a little worse tonight,but is feeding.I have never seen this before.

what did the vet say? does hos eyes look kinda cloudy?

Vet said it might be early signs of meningitis , so he treated him. Eyes look ok,but wide open.

He has the same signs as the first one on the link,but it couldn't be bvd as they are tested when they are registered.
