    Hi

I need to get a freestanding stove for my kitchen/living room. I want a contemporary model and am stuck between the Stovax Riva F66 or Invicta (Sedan or Carolo or Preston)

Stovax seem to be about €600 more expensive than Invicta. are they worth the extra money?

    Hi Peter,
Stovax is probably a more well known brand here in Ireland so I would be leaning towards them even with the higher price.
Another nice contemporary option is a Henley Porto freestanding

Normally reasonably priced, manufactured in Portugal and Henley themselves are based in Kerry.

The charnwood island is a terrific stove(we have one) and the charnwood air system is very good, prices are good, they are made in the uk.

The place we got ours did a good deal for us.
