38/40 inch chest, average build. Should be fine between 5.8 and 5.11 or so.

If thats too small, I also have an XL Bicycleline jacket which is very similar in purpose. Both pack very small to carry in a jersey pocket and are white/ see through. I'd sell that for €45 - paid about €75 for it and wore it about three times.

It may do - I reckon an M would be too short on the arms an an XL would be too big on the chest - of course I can't be sure.
