Hi All,
My new Nespresso doesn't seem to be working & is now making funny noises.

I have the Pixie machine, but it won't grind the coffee beans... I put them into the hole in the top of the machine, but when I close the handle it doesn't grind them. I have tried raising and compressing the handle multiple times, but it just crushes the beans a bit, and the coffee is just watery with bits of bean in it.

Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong? I am roasting the beans in the toaster, so I know that they are fresh...
