    Hi Guys,

I am looking at a 2013 1.25 petrol Kia Rio, it looks a nice car and pretty nice to drive. Any bad points about them? I am a little worried about depreciation will it drop like a stone?

I have been looking to change the car for a while and I keep getting pushed toward Diesels put feel at 15/20 km a year I don’t do the Km to justify it.

Nah, resale should be good on them, the warranty will help.

I think they are a perfect supermini size and look. Good resale on them I'd think. Kia have built up a very good rep.

My aunt switched from a new model 1.4 diesel Fiesta to one last year and have heard no complaints. It's handier getting a sprog in the back of it apparently.

I wouldn't worry about it. I traded in a 9 month old car last week for no reason in particular. Maybe they needed a bigger car, a diesel or just got bored. There's very little to go wrong in them to be honest.

Just make sure it wasn't a rental/hire drive at that age.
