Right looking to insulate a bedroom ceiling. Part is sloping following roof and part is flat where the attic is above. From the attic i have access to the void between the plasterboard and roof felt (tyvek) There is a 6" gap. What way could i insulate the slope part.
Push down rockwool with a pole?
    slide down aeroboard?
    blow silver beads?
get it filled with foam by contractor
