Sending friend requests

I sent 2 friends requests to my brothers and 3 more to close friends and none have accepted my friends request.

They would accept 100% is there ever an issue when users dont see they have a request?

or maybe they just dont like me:eek::rolleyes::)

They may have blocked or ignored you

Or perhaps they don't go on Facebook that often. Some ignore the friend requests tab with the number of outstanding requests.

apologies for the lack of information. I sent the friends request and they say they have accepted when I later asked, but I havent had any of the 5 come up on my list. I was wondering if this was common occurrence or anything.

OP, see if you can sit beside one of them at two computers, and compare your respective Facebooks. If it's an issue, then search for it in Facebook help.
