    Firstly, if you order something online from America and it is taking a ridiculously long time to get here, how long do you have to wait before it looks like its not going to turn up, and get a refund? Or what's a reasonable time to give it?


    Also, I bought a CD online and when it arrived, it wasn't as expected. I'm wondering if it might be fake. Firstly the sleeve is in a foreign language, which I wasn't warned about and when I'm playing the CD there is a weird clicking noise, like some sort of timer or something, all the way through. Does anyone know what that might be about?

    Not sure about the CD, if ordering form America, pay with paypal, its you only hope of getting a refund if there is no sign after a few month.

    It can take 6 weeks from the USA, anything I ordered was with the US postal service for 4 weeks, a few days to ireland then 3 days to get to me.

    Also allow a percentage for customs. I seem to pay about 20% for craft materials through an post.
