Probably makes more sense for your friend to find a car they like before researching a dealers reputation.

Yes, find the right car first, then research the dealer selling it.

Be Careful of John Newman if you're looking at anything there. Very unhelpful after sales service.

Paul on the other hand, was a star.

What sort of car they after OP?

They are looking for a Family car 7 seater, preferably diesel with a budget of about 5K. This will restrict them to a 2006 or 2007 car. Thanks for the replies to date.

I bought a car from motorplex recently coincidentally. Have had to take it back to get a few things checked that I forgot to check when I tested.
