Cloudhousevapour.com based in France are doing sample packs of Mount Baker vapour liquids they have 30+ flavours and other American liquids.
Iv always wanted to sample this liquid but wouldn't make sense with customs coming from the USA.

I orderd 5x5ml samples including the discount code found on their Facebook page (after you like it) for €10.50 delivered to my door.
    http://cloudhousevapor.com/

Just wanted to share this as I find it a great way of trying this liquid.

    Thanks.

Irish vendors, if you're reading, more sample kits if you can please. :)

I hear what your saying!! personally I'm sick of buying 10ml bottles and not liking it.only the venders are winning. Why would they want to sell small testers and loose income.

Every vender should sell 1-5ml sample packs. Cloud house vapour plan on selling the 236ml bottles in the future if you find that juice you love.

I got some 5ml samples a while back here for less than €2 each.
Settled on the Hangsen Menthol as my all day vape.
The samples are available in 12mg and 18mg strength but the larger 100ml bottles are available in more strengths.

Postage goes on weight by the chart he has. 25ml of juice and postage is around €2.50.
    What did you order?

Orders over €50 postage is €1

MBV Sample 20X5 kit and another 20ml Bottle to try. 120ml for just over €30 delivered is pretty good I think.
I was looking for french sites last week as the postage from US was €15 on a €30 order from Highbrow.

Nice one, €30 is not much at all for 120mls. You couldn't beat those prices for that quailty juice. What flavours did you choose?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 352 ✭✭thewintermute

Thug Juice, Hawk Sauce, Ecto Cooler, Caramel Apple and French Vanilla. Ordered the Chai from SnG too, I really liked the Chai from Highbrow, so hoping it's similar. Under €3 per 10ml is pretty good value I think. 60ml from Highbrow was running $45 delivered.

The chai sounds like a minty tea? I went and orderd the sample pack of 5 flavours from the SnG range. 10 juices coming over should find one or more that I like. I'll put up my thoughts on them when I receive them.

Just received my sample pack today, very fast postage and Nathan the owner through in a free sample of Faux Hawk. I'd love to try them now but I can't taste or smell anything with this flu I have.

Nice personal touch and a few 'bon mots' as Gaeilge.
Cloudhousevapor doing it right. If the juices are as good as the service (and by all accounts they are) then I don't think I need look further for quality juice.
Ordered Friday, here Tuesday, from France. Extra 10ml of thug juice thrown in too.
    130ml of juice for €32.
Now let the waiting commence, what's the chances I'll actually let this stuff steep.........

On his site he says all mount baker juices are pre-steeped and ready to use..

Just ordered a 5ml sample pack there, really looking forward to trying it out, the price is great, 25mls of great juice for just under €12 shipped, Irish vendors need to take notice of this, the only thing that stops me trying new stuff is the price and often large bottle size.

Ordered 30ml MBV 555 Tobacco, looking forward to trying this out based upon reviews I've read about it.

Curious to see how 'coil friendly' it is...

My experience with a lot of baccy flavours is they're coil killers, especially NETs.

    Good call TonyFella ;)

Tried two of the Mount Baker juices so far.
They totally took me by suprise. Hawk Sauce and Thug Juice were the ones I was looking forward to most, having read a lot about them on the US forums. Both matched up to the hype, though not the way I thought they would. Very different flavours to what I previously vaped. Really unusual and very more-ish. Kinda menthol, fruity, melon-y sorts thing with the hawk sauce, the Thug Juice is more 'in your face' but the flavours keep changing and developing. Exhale and inhale are totally different on both.
Definitely juices I'm going to stick with for a while, I reckon they're going to meld better after a week or so too.
Using fasttech 1.8 evod heads in a protank mini and a Davide mini at 3.2 volts, lots and lots of vapour. Very very nice.

I've been vaping their juices for the last 6 months, Hawk Sauce and Faux Hawk are something special, try Solar Flare and Rainbow Sherbet you won't be disappointed. Cotton Candy is sweet too.

Fair play to Nathan, not only did I get a nice note, an extra sample of 555, but I also got a dinosaur sticker on my invoice. Epic.

That said these aren't really to my taste (not saying they are not quality liquids, just don't suit me so much).

Thug Juice - Definitely get the melon and menthol flavour but it's a little too much for me and I find there is an underlying perfumey taste.
Green Apple - I surprised myself by actually liking this one, nice fresh French Golden Delicious taste, but not at all cloying.
Spearmint - Good, does exactly what it says on the tin.
555 and American Tobacco - Jury is out on this as I haven't given them enough of a try yet (I tested all using a 306)
RY4 - WTF??? It's like someone nicked my Uncles aftershave back in 1984 and transported it to the future and added some maple syrup and some more Insignia aftershave. To me this is not RY4, I don't know what it is, 'Teen Disco Perfume and Sweat '89' might be a better name for it. One try was enough for me.

Just a heads up. I checked the liquids I bought on the MBV site and both Thug Juice and Green Apple are not recommended to be used in plastic clearos.

Aye, there's a list somewhere online of the juices that need glass/pyrex, it's good to know. Orange de Sangre is another from HighBrow vapor that's delicious, but a known tank-cracker. I think anything with an acid (citric/malic, etc) will react with plastic or polycarbonate. I would steep the RY4 with the cap off to let the perfume scents dissipate and come back to it, I don't think it's all that unusual. Steeping seems to be something of a black art. There doesn't appear to be a good substitute for time.....

Wow, you really didn't like the RY4 :) I would give it a good steep and try it again, if you can stand to do it.

I have recently changed my labels and all juices that are bad for plastic tanks will have a small warning on the label. It's the word "plastic" with a circle and line through it. Hopefully this will save some tanks from early retirement.

Ha! Will do. I have it steeping now and will try it again in a few weeks. Thanks for the great service and the juices (even if my initial reaction to the RY4 wasn't too complimentary, I can't deny that they are good juices).

Ordered from here over the weekend. The missus informs me that it arrived this morning so can't wait to get home. Very happy with prompt delivery.

    What does steeping mean?

In a bit of a newbie.

Breathing/steeping, leaving the cap off for 12-24 hours or leaving it in a dark place for a week with the cap of or on. YouTube is your friend.

A lot of juices need time to bring out the best flavors, or mellow the off flavors. I think that most juices do well with a little time, although heavy menthol juices don't seem to improve much. It seems like the more complicated the mix the more it needs time to develop. You can also steep juice with heat or with agitation (like with a sonic mixer, or other similar device). I'm still trying to find the optimal time in the mixer to steep juice, but an hour seems to equal about a week of letting it sit. Heat steeping works well, but I am wary of putting plastic bottles in really high temperatures so I only heat steep glass bottles.

http://cloudhousevapor.com/ is offering free delivery on orders of €50 or over and you can use your 20% discount code. He only offers this for Irish and uk customers. It's a great deal for your American juices. I just put an order in after going through my sample packs and it's great value for money for quality juice.

That's a brilliant deal. I'm all stocked up for the foreseeable and I'm still tempted. Been vaping the mount baker caramel apple all week, it's deeee-licious. I started making my own coils for the Protank and I'm really tasting the benefits, Using cotton on a vertical micro-coil and I'm hoovering up the juice now, so much flavour!
Pretty easy once you start, I've yet to make a coil that didn't work better than any I've bought.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3 cloudynathan

I have tried to wrap my own coils but I think I lack some dexterity. I also mess them up. I need to keep trying, since I do prefer it. My friends at SnG actually sell EVOD and Protank 3 coils that have been rebuilt with kanthal and ceramic wick, so I get the benefits without having to deal with the frustration of failing to do it right myself :) I may start carrying them down the road.

Couldnt have Come at a better time I have just Run out of the last of all my juices that i was enjoying and im left with the subs bench in the press, which is always a bit depressing. I might see how i get on with these, buy a few bigger bottles and do a clear out.

There are sixteen new ones this time. Apple Rings, Blackberry, Cucumber Mint, Freckled Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Pink Champagne, Sticky Bun, Vanilla Custard, Pear, Bananas Gone Nuts, Ginger, Gingerbread, Guava, Bananas Foster, Vanilla Butternut, and straight menthol.
Credit card is getting worn out :)

Agreed, Nathan is following the American style of grabbing loyal customers with good deals and adding free juice to the orders. It's great to see customer service like this, we're not really used to it here. I hope it works out well for him, the juices I've gotten are great and his customer service is better than anything I've seen in this market.

Here here. I for one will be ordering all my juice from him for the forseeable. The fact that i can buy testers and then bulk up on the ones i like is the deal sealer for me. That coupled with the outstanding service!
Too much money wasted on liquids i didnt like because i couldnt try or buy a small bottle first. Irish vendors seriously need to follow suit. After all, people are much more penny wise these days, its not rocket science.
