The leader of the Chechen terrorists has apparently become a marthyr / been killed today.

Like Syria, Libya and Afghanistan The US are close friends and supporters with the sucide bombers, child killers and hostage-taking Islamic criminals in Chechnya. The cosy relationship is explained here by FBI whistleblower Coleen Rowley

You are not a "terrorist"if you don't oppose US interests. This is explained by "Martin" a pseudonym for an FBI agent interviewed during a investigation into the intelligence failures leading to 9/11.
    123
Martin suggested to the OIG that the reas
on that groups engaged in a civil war were
not pled as terrorist organizations under FISA
was because they were not “hostile” to the
United States or working against U.S. interests. PAGE 142 http://www.justice.gov/oig/special/s0606/final.pdf

The "killing" of Doku Umarov gives the Chechen suicide bombers causus belli to destabilise Russia at precisely the same time that Russia and the US are the best of enemies again. Coincidence?

No. I am postulating that this guy has been given a bath, a razor a new identity and generous CIA pension for a job well done.

I cant see how this makes much difference to Russia at all. Its not like the chechens needed an excuse to go on the rampage is it?

How can you not understand how killing the spiritual and actual leader of a group of terrorist jihadis would lead to an acceleration of violence at precisely the time when the traditional sponsors/trainers/armers/radicalisers would like to see an acceleration of the destabilisation effects of terrorism?

From Saudis offer Russia secret oil deal if it drops Syria and

Russian President, Saudi Spy Chief Discussed Syria, Egypt

Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan told Putin
“There are many common values and goals that bring us together, most notably the fight against terrorism and extremism all over the world.

Russia, the US, the EU and the Saudis agree on promoting and consolidating international peace and security. The terrorist threat is growing in light of the phenomena spawned by the Arab Spring. We have lost some regimes.

And what we got in return were terrorist experiences, as evidenced by the experience of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the extremist groups in Libya. ... As an example, I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics in the city of Sochi on the Black Sea next year.

The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us, and they will not move in the Syrian territory’s direction without coordinating with us. These groups do not scare us.

We use them in the face of the Syrian regime but they will have no role or influence in Syria’s political future.”

Even though the conversation is about Syria, the Ukrainian issue is connected because of its strategic importance to Russia and their operations in the Middle East; Syria.

I honestly don't think Russia has a chance anymore against these criminal elements in the west that are determined to cut up Russian territory, subjugate and assimilate the population to western ideologies and strip resources from it.

The House of Saud are just lackeys for Israel/US and I don't believe for a second they make any decisions regarding the funding of terrorism without approval from their real bosses.

It's entirely possible Russia could get bogged down in another conflict with Islamic militants to distract it from NATO demolishing Syria before moving on to Iran and somewhere along the line, Russia will most likely end up in the hands of western bankers.

hechen President Ramzan Kadyrov has commented on Dmitry Yarosh's appeal to Doku Umarov, the leader of Caucasian extremists. The Chechen president pointed out that he will not overlook Yarosh's words about his "fighting in the Chechen war." He wrote this in his official page in the Instagram service.

This is a good evidence of who is considered an opposition and a political force by Europe and the US, Kadyrov said. Yarosh is openly calling for terrorism and nevertheless he is supported by countries that are allegedly against terrorism. The US has recognized Umarov to be one of the main terrorists of today but Yarosh is a good guy for them, Kadyrov said.

MOSCOW, March 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has noted an increase in foreign disruptive actions since the souring of relations with the West over the situation in Crimea and appropriate measures are being taken to protect the country, a senior FSB official said Friday.

The fate of Crimea, a predominantly ethnic Russian region which seceded from Ukraine and joined Russia last week, has triggered the worst East-West standoff since the Cold War.

"There has been a sharp increase in foreign threats to the state. The legal desire of the Crimean people and those in the eastern regions of Ukraine to join Russia evokes hysteria on the part of the United States and its allies," said Alexander Malevany, the FSB's counterterrorism director, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"They are undertaking measures to disrupt the social, political and economic life of our country," Malevany added. "In such circumstances, we are planning and implementing active counterintelligence and intelligence measures against their ambitions."

He told the president that Russian citizens, including in the country's newest region, are duly protected against radicals and extremists.
