s4-sim network unlock PIN

    Hi All,

    Just bought an s4, was told it was unlocked but I just put in my 48 sim card and its asking me for my "sim network unlock pin"

    Im presuming this means that its locked?

    Whats the best way to go about getting it unlocked?
