    I pay 42 euro per month to UPC per 50Mbit/s every month.

    I received a letter from UPC saying their are going to in increase the monthly price by something like 4,5euro per month. Also the letter says if I register on My UPC Online I'll only be overcharged 2,5euro per month.

    1. Is UPC allowed to change the monthly rate during the contract?

    2. For my surprise I go to the UPC web site and see the same product I'm using (fibre 50 chat) for 25euro*6months plus 37euro*6months, wich gives an average of 31 euro per month.

    Comparing to the 42euro I'm paying this seems so wrong that you're selling the same service by 31 euro, and you still want to increase my monthly bill!!!!
