Any chance of borrowing a shimano cassette remover tool from someone,

    ideally in Dublin 8?

Need it to overhaul some rear wheels.

I've a BBB shimano cassette removal tool but it's too big for the casettes (6 speed I think, mountain bike wheels).

    Might need an older one.

    thanks.

if its a 6 speed its probably a freewheel rather than a freehub - take a look here
I dont have a tool for that, but if you bring your wheel to your lbs they may be able to help you.

If this is what you have, I have a tool you need. I'm near Harold's X bridge - send me a PM.

    Thanks for all the replies.

Happytramp: I'm sure I've been in touch with you re bike related stuff before so I'll accept that offer.

Again thanks for the other replies and offers.
