Hi, just a few quick questions, A business is being sold. Is it possible for the staff to get redundancy and be rehired? Has anybody experienced this? What is the usual procedure? Thank you

From memory they usually can't as it's taken over as a running concern; the usual exception would be for the company to declare bankruptcy, let people go, someone buys part of the business after people have been let go.
