    Hi,

    I have a double room available in Bray, Wicklow. I know a bit outside of "College zone" but still quite handy for UCD, City Centre or Dun Laoghaire colleges.
    The room is available immediately, and the lease is until September 2014.
    I am preferably looking for a mature female. I'm a female in my mid-20s.
    Rent and bills would be a 50/50 split, rent €485 per month.
    I'll be placing an ad on Daft later today so can add photos etc to this.
