    Hey,
So I went on maternity leave last sept and I'm now on unpaid leave. I was only in my job for around 10months and it was fairly informal..no contract etc but yet they are fully prepared to take me back this July.however I'm thinking of relocating back to my hometown where there are two places where I could potentially get work in July which is the busy season. The thing is.....is it ok to tell them that I still have my job and that they can't ask them for a reference ? I'm guessing it is but the thing is I would only relocate of the hours and wages would be worth it and im concerned that id come across as flakey or something.....the industry us quite small so I'm worried the employers already know each other etc!

    Tia
