How to buy from US Store?

I'm looking to pick up MGS and I'm wondering how I can buy it on the US Store.

Set up a US account on psn and make your ps4 the primary machine. Buy some US credit from ebay or amazon and add it to your account. Log in as the US account and buy and download what game you want. When its done log back in with your original account and play the game you bought

Yea buy some credit off ebay or amazon paying with credit card through paypal or whatever... there is a million other threads with the same answers, just use search.

I have a question kind of related to this. I see some games available on the US PSN can be purchased via Amazon. I looked for Infamous Second Son and cannot find the option of buying it on the PSN via the Amazon site. Do games take a while to appear this way?

I just created a US account and can't log onto the US PSN, it just times out back to the XMB. I can get into the Irish PSN fine. Is Sony blocking me or is the US PSN down?

Actually PSN is down for me full stop, Irish and US. It must be getting hammered.
