    I was wondering..
If any of you got a gift from a family member for deposit for mortgage.
What evidence did u need to provide the bank with to say where the gift came from?

    Hi Limbo159.

    Thanks for your post.

Generally a signed letter from the family member would be required although we would advise calling a Mortgage Advisor in your local branch who can let you know if any extra details are required. You can find a full list of branch contact numbers here

    Thanks

    Billy
