What is Terminus? *SPOILERS FOR AMC PACE*

This thread will contain spoilers as far as the latest AMC show. I have read some comic spoilers but not the comics so please can we keep comic spoilers in spoilers? Cheers :)

I think Terminus are the group that Rick, Glynn and Hershel met in Season 2, when Hershel went boozing in town. The guy they rescued told them he was in a group of 30 heavily armed men, who had gang raped two teenage girls in front of their father. There was a third guy in town who got away but he might remember Glynn and Rick.

The prison wasn't very far from the farm (on the night after they left the farm when Rick gave his Ricktatorship speech, the camera panned upwards and you could see the prison in the distance) and Terminus isn't very far from the prison so it's easy to conclude that Rick overlapped with people from Terminus when he was still at the farm. When Rick and Daryl first found the farm, they were walking on train tracks!

The people who met up with Daryl have to be part of this group. Two of them nearly killed each other over a bed so I wouldn't want to be someone vulnerable left alone with them. I'm not sure if the one who saw Rick under the bed got killed (maybe someone can clear that up?) but the sh!t is going to hit the fan when all the groups meet up (which I'm hoping is next week). Even the name is ominous - The End. Or maybe it's just my cynical nature giving me the creeps.
I read there is a cannibal group called The Hunters and I think these are the people at Terminus. I don't know anything else about the group so am just throwing things out there. Judith was supposed to die in the prison and people said the reason she didn't was because AMC didn't have the balls to give a child a gruesome death. After today's episode, I'm not so sure. What do you think the chances she becomes human dinner rather than walker dinner? They have to get write her out at some stage. A baby is too hard to look after and eventually someone will get killed trying to protect her or she will get caught in a walker attack.

I think Daryles group is the group your talking about, or at least I hope it is. The character death relating to them was one of the best in the comic.

As for Terminus, I think they have lifted that straight from TellTale Games The Walking Dead.

    good place
I don't think its a good place because the storyline does not make sense for this now, to find a sanctuary at this point, What about SGt Abrahams group mission to Washington?

    bad place
It does not make sense that its a bad place, And I mean why lure wretched refugees to rob them. rob them of what a few bullets and a few cans of food?
Also As well as small groups of wretched refugees You could also easily attract heavily armed groups(good or bad) which could wipe out or at least bleed you.
I think it probably be a bad place, Maybe they are taking women

    mixed
It could also be something in between like Woodbury

    nothing or little there
The other possibility is its an elaborate hoax or its overun/abandoned by the time they get there or there is little there just a few people or a lone nutter
Automated- radio hooked up to a solar panel just emitting a transmission

    Hunters
storyline is what im looking forward to next, have to say im really enjoying the TV show even after ive read most of the comics, ive forgotten so much from the Comic i must go back 10-20 issues to catch up.

I'm thinking along the lines of what happened in 28 Days Later. There was a radio transmission with the line "the answer to infection is here" to draw people in. With this group it's "those who arrive, survive".

I can't believe that Rick isn't even considering that it could be the group he heard of before. After their experience with Woodbury they should be highly cautious about approaching a new group. None of them have even talked about sussing it out and only seem to think about getting there.

In Episode 4.10 – Inmates Carols and tyresse group got a good reference to go there from the dying man they encountered, although its not certain if he was from there or just going there
"You don't understand, there's a place up the tracks, it's safe, you can take your children there, trust me, please follow the tracks."
—Christopher's father instructing Tyreese and Carol
    http://walkingdead.wikia.com/wiki/Christopher%27s_Father

Maggie's group had a conservation about it at the poster, I am pretty sure one of them said it might be bad place IIRC

Rick just took off down the tracks but hes incompetent and the cause of most of there woes when you think about it

Glenn group is just following Maggie blood signs on the signs

Daryl and beth never saw signs

    Tagline for last episode
    episode 4.16 – A (Season Finale)
Many paths collide; Rick faces sheer brutality; the group struggles to survive

to be fair to rick, he didnt create the end of the world, so harsh to attribute much of the groups woes on him lol! they are still alive after all

I thought he was killed over the bed - then he "changed" hence creating a distraction and an opportunity for Rick to escape and intercept Michonne and Carl when they were returning to the house

I may have interpreted that incorrectly mind you

But then again there was always the guy in the bathroom - was the door left open by Rick???

He got a good look at Rick as he was passing out. No one else saw him so Rick could've gotton away with it. They'll all meet up eventually and your man will recognise Rick.

I think Daryl's "group" may be tracking Rick. From one of the clips from the new episode, one seems to be decent at hunting and tracking, maybe the only reason they are following the train tracks is cause they are following Ricks trail?
